It occurs largely when you are sleeping in a supine position and have had an overdose of alcohol or an addictive substance or unhealthy food. It may also occur if you have been pretty stressed of late. Drink plenty of juices, take chamomile or jasmine tea before sleeping and sleep the correct number of hours- you do not need a doctor for it.
